  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier companies like Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post and more  to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking Your Order:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

    • You can check your order status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

We proudly ship worldwide so that our customers can enjoy our products wherever they are.

    • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days.

    • Express International Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Calculated automatically at checkout based on your country, order weight, and courier partner.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:

    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country’s government.

    • These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

    • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

  • Courier Partners: We use reliable global courier services  for safe international delivery.

  • Tracking: Every international order comes with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

📌 Important Notes

We want to be completely transparent with you:

  1. Delivery Delays:

    • Sometimes delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, high demand seasons, strikes, or customs clearance.

    • If this happens, our support team will keep you updated.

  2. Incorrect Addresses:

    • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate.

    • If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.

  3. Missed Deliveries:

    • Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

    • If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

  4. Package Damage or Tampering:

    • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it. Instead, inform the courier immediately and contact us with pictures so we can assist you.

  5. Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • If COD is available in your area, you may select it at checkout (India only).

    • Additional charges may apply for COD service.
